Is this a conference only geared towards people in the hospitality and restaurant industry? No — it’s for anyone in any business who wants to create a culture of hospitality.
How many people will be attending The Summit? This isn’t a mega-conference — we only have 300 tickets available in an effort to make this a more intimate and dynamic experience.
Is there a dress code? No. Dress comfortably, just try to look presentable :)
What should I bring? For the conference you won’t need a thing. For the hotel you may want to bring a toothbrush.
Will session recordings or presentation materials be available afterward? The Summit will be exclusively in-person, but we recommend taking plenty of notes throughout so you can return with lots of good insights to share.
How can I connect with other attendees? Will an attendee list be provided? We will not provide an attendee list in advance, but there will be lots of time to connect and exchange info with fellow attendees over breaks, meals, and activities.
Are meals and refreshments provided? Yes! Delicious ones. Snacks too.
Do we encourage people to have read Unreasonable Hospitality in advance? Yes, we encourage you do.

How far away is the venue from the airport? 15 minutes by car. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Where can I stay? We have a block of rooms reserved at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville for a discounted rate. Other nearby hotels include:
Is parking available at or near the venue? Yep! On-site valet parking is available at the hotel for $64. They do not offer self-parking, however there are plenty of parking garages nearby.
What is the discounted rate you’re offering with Four Seasons Hotel Nashville? $395 per night plus taxes and fees for a Standard Room for the nights of May 21st and 22nd.
Is there a cutoff date after which point I won’t be able to access the discounted rate? Yes, you must reserve your room prior to Monday, April 21st, 2025.
If I want to extend my stay in Nashville, can I book dates before or after at the same discounted rate? Sorry, but our partnership with Four Seasons does not allow for that. We are only able to offer our discounted rate on the dates listed.
What are the Check-In and Check-Out times at the Four Seasons? Check-In is at 3pm. We’ve negotiated a complimentary 1:30pm Late Check-Out on May 23rd for all of those booking with the Four Seasons using our discounted rate. This will allow you to keep the room all morning, and gather your things once we conclude the Summit.
If I’m staying elsewhere, will there be a place to store my bags onsite for that second day? Yes, we will have a designated area for luggage storage on the 23rd if you wish to store anything with us.

There is a max of 8 tickets per order, is there a way I can purchase more than 8? Yes, but you would need to complete the first order before starting a second one.
Is there a media pass or discounted student rate? Sorry, there isn’t.
Can I show up the day-of to purchase a ticket in the case of no-shows? All tickets will be sold in advance.
What is your refund policy? We will grant full refunds within 48 hours of purchase, after which point all sales are final.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? We’re happy to grant transfer requests upon review until May 14, one week prior to the event.
