Summit Ticket Sales

A quick PSA about ticket sales! We want to give you a quick peek behind the curtain to help set expectations going into the ticket-buying experience. We’re truly grateful for your enthusiasm, your patience, and your belief in what we’re building.

They sell out fast — but don't give up

Because the Summit is intentionally small, when tickets go on sale there are usually more people clicking “add to cart” than there are tickets available. In practice, that often means an instant sell-out. It really can come down to being a millisecond faster on the button. One thing to know: tickets are held in carts for up to 8 minutes. So if you see “sold out,” it’s worth hanging tight and refreshing — occasionally a few tickets will reappear if someone doesn’t complete their purchase.

Sorry... no special requests

We’re not able to reserve tickets, create holds, issue invoices, or manually add registrations once the sale begins (and we don’t hold back tickets for later release or special requests).

The Waitlist

If tickets sell out, the waitlist is the only way they’ll be re-released in the event of cancellations. It's worth adding yourself to it — there is always some movement on the list.

Please be Patient

Because we receive an unusually high volume of messages on sale days, it may take us some time to respond. We promise to read and respond to every note — but in most cases, the status of ticket availability won’t change, and the waitlist is the best next step. Our team will be standing by to help however we can and will be keeping a close eye on the waitlist. If any tickets open up, we’ll reach out in the order names were added: fairly, thoughtfully, and as quickly as possible.
